I turned to fitness for my personal recovery and it has helped immensely to set targets, work a day at a time, and fill the void. There are many other positives that I found have come from fitness, and I thought there must be others out there that are looking to find a community of like minded individuals. It wasn’t until I ran a bunch of marathons this past year that I realized just how many marathon runners, Crossfitters, and HYROX athletes are recovering addicts (of various ailments).
Gambling Addiction Recovery
