Hi Joanna,

In all honesty, I didn’t think anyone outside of my network would ever find my site as we are still developing it. The video idea is a great suggestion. You are technically my first “real message,” so thank you! The purpose of this site is to help people overcome addictions through exercise, and I didn’t plan on charging people anything (this is my step 12 – if you’re aware of the steps program). If you have any fitness goals or recovery goals, please let me know and I’d be happy to help.
